Custom Collage Case
The purchase of a custom decoden phone case made to order.
ORDER PROCESS:
1. Place order through link in bio.
2. A text message will be sent.
3. Screenshot(SS) & select charms.
4. Send SS of charms & fill out order description list.
5. Create on live with client at a time that works for both parties.
DISCLAIMERS:
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS.
• Design MAXIMUM 60min to ensure each client is taken care of in a timely manner.
• Any additional item ordered will need to be covered ($$) by client.
• Cream glue/silicone are adhesives.
• Product may have imperfections as they are handmade.
• Client may choose main charm from the charms page, main color, and give a general note about design. However the overall design is chosen by the designer.
• No changes may be made post live creation.
• Orders will be completed on a first come, first serve basis
• Charms, cases and colors run out occasionally due to the quick creation process. Please be flexible.
• Same day creation is not guaranteed. Artist decides their own schedule so your item may be pushed to the next day sometimes.
• Cases take 1 to 5 days to arrive to the designer if they are out of stock.
• Please treat your item with care, Charms should not fall off of phone however if this happens, client is responsible for gluing them back on. Recommend E-7000 glue.
• Glue needs 2 - 7 days drying time. Product delivery time is 2-5 days.
